ANXIETY

I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a proven approach for understanding and reshaping thought patterns. Whether you're experiencing constant worry, racing thoughts, or physical symptoms of anxiety, we’ll work together to build tools that bring clarity, calm, and relief.

TEENS

With years of experience working in both middle and high school settings, I specialize in supporting teens through life’s challenges. From academic pressure to identity struggles, social issues, or emotional stress, I connect easily with adolescents and offer a space where they can talk openly, feel heard, and develop tools to thrive.

COLLABORATIVE APPROACH

I believe therapy works best when everyone is on the same team. When appropriate and with your consent, I collaborate with parents, school personnel, and doctors to ensure you or your child is receiving well-rounded, consistent support. You don’t have to figure things out alone. We’re in this together.

SELF-ESTEEM

Low self-esteem can impact every part of your life. I use a strengths-based perspective and CBT to help clients build a healthier self-image, challenge negative beliefs, and develop a sense of confidence that feels real and lasting. My work focuses on helping you recognize your worth and start showing up for yourself with kindness and strength.

As a sibling of someone with a disability, I deeply understand the complex emotions and experiences that can come with this role. I offer a space where siblings can talk openly, explore their feelings, and feel understood without having to explain the basics. You deserve support too, and therapy can help you make sense of your experience and strengthen your emotional well-being.

WEDDING PLANNING STRESS

Planning a wedding is often portrayed as joyful, but it can also bring unexpected stress, pressure, and emotional overwhelm. I specialize in supporting individuals through this unique life transition, helping you stay grounded, connected to your values, and emotionally supported as you navigate everything from family dynamics to perfectionism.

DEPRESSION

Depression can feel isolating and heavy, but you don’t have to carry it alone. I offer a compassionate space where we can explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns contributing to how you’re feeling, and work toward relief, hope, and healing at your own pace.

LIFE TRANSITIONS

Change can be overwhelming, even when it’s something we choose. Whether you’re starting college, navigating a breakup, adjusting to divorce, moving to a new place, or going through a shift in friendships, life transitions can stir up stress and uncertainty. I support clients through these in-between moments by offering a space to reflect, process emotions, and move forward feeling more grounded and understood.

ANGER

Anger is a valid emotion, but when it feels overwhelming or hard to express in healthy ways, it can affect relationships, self-esteem, and daily life. I help clients understand where their anger is coming from, build emotional awareness, and develop strategies to express themselves in ways that feel more balanced and constructive.

FAMILY DYNAMICS
