Gina Neal , LCSW
Hi I'm Gina! I work with children, teens, and adults to navigate life’s challenges, build confidence, and develop practical tools that make everyday life feel more manageable. My style is warm, relatable, and collaborative. Therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and truly heard.

I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with strengths-based and solution-focused strategies. I believe everyone has inner strengths, sometimes you just need support uncovering them and learning how to use them.

Alongside private practice, I work as a high school social worker supporting students’ mental health and academic well-being. My experience in elementary and early childhood settings gives me a strong understanding of development across all ages. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and hold a Student Assistance Coordinator certificate, allowing me to support a wide range of emotional, academic, and behavioral needs.

Sessions are a safe space to explore what’s going on, build insight, and develop practical tools you can use in everyday life. Together, we’ll focus on strengths, realistic goals, and meaningful progress at a pace that works for you.
